We operate on the principal that we are a business advisory service. Our core competence is developing and articulating, creative, sound and robust business advice.
We do this across the private business sector, but see the ability to apply our expertise to areas such as the Arts & Culture and the Social Economy.

Strategic Planning
Developing strategic plans is a team effort. We work with organisations in the private, public and community/voluntary sectors in assisting them to prepare strategic plans.
Strategy reports tend to focus on five year development plans. Where is the company/organisation now, and where (considering all the internal and external forces) should the group be in five years time? We work closely with the organisations involved and actively encourage them to participate in the development of the report. In the public sector, our work includes the preparation of plans under the Strategic Management Initiative and under the Local Authority planning framework.
